Bruce A. Scafe
President / CEO / Director
Mr. Scafe has over twenty years of financial and investment industry experience. As an entrepreneur Mr. Scafe had his own successful financial planning and investment business for fifteen years, selling the business in 2001. He holds the designation of PFP, Professional Financial Planner, as awarded by the Canadian Securities Industry. Since then he has worked for the Royal Bank of Canada and has worked in Investor Relations with the Raya Group of Vancouver BC. Mr. Scafe became a director of Petrostar Petroleum in February of 2009 and was elected to the President/CEO position at the companies AGM in July 2009. With his extensive business and financial experience Mr. Scafe is prepared to deliver strong growth and value to the shareholders of Petrostar Petroleum Corp.

William Stafford
CFO / Director
Mr. Stafford earned his diploma in Business Administration Accounting in 1982 from Camosun College in Victoria, B.C. Bill then founded a successful Tax and Financial business that he has managed and continues to manage for the past 17 years. Bill has extensive experience with many TSXV Listed public companies in mining, oil and gas and technology companies. Mr. Stafford has been on the board of Petrostar since 2005 and recently was appointed to the position of CFO where his expertise will help guide the company's finances.

Mr. Graham Riley
Graham Riley is a registered professional senior geologist in the province of Alberta. He has over 30 years of oil and gas experience. Graham obtained a Bsc Major in Geology at the University of British Columbia and began his career in Calgary with Petro-Canada. Since then, he has worked and consulted for numerous intermediate and junior oil and gas companies and energy trusts, primarily in the western Canada Sedimentary basin.

Mr. Joshua Prowse
Josh Prowse studied Small Business Management at George Brown College in Toronto, before moving to Alberta where he worked for Halliburton as a Down-hole Computer Logger. More recently Josh has become an award winning realtor in Victoria, British Columbia and has been directly involved with launching a new startup company locally. He will be bringing his expertise in business development, marketing and sales to help stimulate company growth

Mr. Bruce Balazs
Mr. Bruce Balazs has been appointed Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Balazs graduated from NAIT in biological sciences, pollution and environmental option. He was a lab technician with Core Labs where his duties included obtaining surface and bottom hole samples of a product at surface and returning them to the lab for analysis; offshore rig sampling during drill stem tests; and analyzing core samples brought to the lab by various oil & gas production companies. Mr. Balazs then went on to develop and sell several service companies in Alberta and BC in regards to the fitness industry. He is currently the owner of a fitness club in Victoria, BC.
Mr. Balazs duties as a Director of Petrostar Petroleum include sitting as an independent director on the board; sitting as a member of the Audit Committee; offering his technical expertise in the oil & gas industry and assisting the Company𠏋 geologist in the field. Management would like to welcome Bruce to the Company and feel that Bruce𠏋 vast knowledge and experience will be a strong addition to the Board of Directors going forward.
