Bruce A. Scafe
President / CEO / Director
Mr. Scafe has over twenty years of financial and investment industry experience. As an entrepreneur Mr. Scafe had his own successful financial planning and investment business for fifteen years, selling the business in 2001. He holds the designation of PFP, Professional Financial Planner, as awarded by the Canadian Securities Industry. Since then he has worked for the Royal Bank of Canada and has worked in Investor Relations with the Raya Group of Vancouver BC. Mr. Scafe became a director of Petrostar Petroleum in February of 2009 and was elected to the President/CEO position at the companies AGM in July 2009. With his extensive business and financial experience Mr. Scafe is prepared to deliver strong growth and value to the shareholders of Petrostar Petroleum Corp.

William Stafford
CFO / Director
Mr. Stafford earned his diploma in Business Administration Accounting in 1982 from Camosun College in Victoria, B.C. Bill then founded a successful Tax and Financial business that he has managed and continues to manage for the past 17 years. Bill has extensive experience with many TSXV Listed public companies in mining, oil and gas and technology companies. Mr. Stafford has been on the board of Petrostar since 2005 and recently was appointed to the position of CFO where his expertise will help guide the company's finances.

Aaron Lane
Petroleum Engineer / Director
Aaron Lane is a registered professional engineer in the province of Alberta. He has 16 years of oil and gas experience in various engineering and management roles. Most recently Mr. Lane has worked as a technical consultant to companies like Pengrowth Energy Trust and Pan Terra Industries. He was the Vice President of Operations with Milagro Energy, and a senior engineer with Harvest Energy Trust. Mr. Lane graduated from the University of Alberta in Petroleum Engineering B.Sc. and also holds Petroleum Engineering Technology diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Robert A Sim
Secretary / Director
Mr. Sim has over 24 years experience in resource companies, both private and public. He has been the President and CFO of the Issuer. He worked as an independent consultant providing investor relations services to various public companies. He has also worked for Technicoil, a public oil and gas service company, and has helped to expand the company while bringing the technology of coil tubing drilling to its current advanced state.

Salvatore Giantomaso
Director
Currently Partner and Director of Newway Forming Ltd. Newway is one of the largest concrete construction companies in Canada which has employed hundreds of workers in its capacity as a leader in high-rise concrete construction, Newway is active in construction projects in Canada and the USA (Washington State, Hawaii, California & Idaho). They have built some of the largest concrete structures in Vancouver including the Crystal Palace, Bentall 5, Shangri-La, Woodwards Downtown Development. Currently, there main project is the new Encana Tower in Calgary, AB. Projects of other sizes are too numerous to mention but are commercial and condominium projects in cities such as SX-V: P Vancouver, Calgary, Seattle and San Diego. He continues to be involved with startup companies and remains active in the investment community.
